Incepted in 1998 by Emon, my wife's sister, the much-loved establishment Emon's Thai Cafe, has been a hub of authentic Thai cuisine in Naples. After spending countless years mastering culinary arts behind her wok, Emon has decided to hand over the reins of her legacy to my wife, Lek. As a part of a large family who owns various restaurants throughout Thailand, Lek has been honing her cooking prowess in Thai restaurants since the tender age of five.
