A Board-Certified Optometrist at Quigley Eye Specialists in Naples, Florida, Dr. Prissilla Issa is renowned for her high level of skill and knowledge. An accomplished alumnus from The State University of New York College of Optometry, she received her Doctor of Optometry with high honors, served as the president of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, SUNY Optometry Chapter, and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National Honor Society. Dr. Issa also holds a Bachelor of Science in human biology, Summa Cum Laude, from The State University of New York at Albany. During her residency, she unwaveringly devoted herself to providing Florida's veterans with comprehensive optometric services, which include vision, primary care, pre- and post-operative surgical management, as well as ocular disease treatment and management.
