This technique involves submerging vacuum-sealed food in a water bath and cooking it at a highly accurate, consistent temperature. As a result, our Sous Vide-prepared meats, fish, and vegetables retain a higher level of nutrients compared to traditional grilled counterparts. We insist on sourcing only the freshest ingredients and scrupulously prepare all our dishes from scratch, on-site. Furthermore, we are committed to sustainability, hence, our meats and fish comes from conscientious farms, while our produce is locally sourced.
