About Ristorante Ciao

Born in Colle Di Tora, Italy, Gianfranco Loreti, the chef and owner of Ristorante Ciao, embarked on his culinary journey at La Scuola Alberghiera in Rleti. Going on to take an apprenticeship at some of Italy's most renowned restaurants and resorts, he has really honed his skills and gained respect in the industry as a member of the Italian Chef Association. After opening Ristorante Ciao in April 1987, Chef Loreti gained widespread recognition with several awards including being announced Gulfshore Life Magazine's "Best Italian Restaurant" on multiple occasions and earning accolades for "Best Appetizer" and "Best Kept Secret."
