Robert Bracho, DDS

Born and raised in the Washington D.C. metro area, Dr. Bracho is a native of Maryland whose exceptional academic and professional journey began at St. Lawrence University. In his undergraduate years, he not only distinguished himself in neuroscience but also showcased his athleticism as an All-League football player. His academic pursuit later led him to the University of Maryland Dental School, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his time there, he further honed his surgical skills through his participation in the institution's Oral Surgery Clerkship, gaining advanced knowledge and experience in surgical procedures and extractions. Dr. Bracho was also an active member of Gamma Pi Delta, a prestigious prosthodontics honor society. Continuing his passion for learning, Dr. Bracho completed a residency in Digital Smile Design at New York University. This experience equipped him with the most innovative tools of digital dentistry. He also contributes to the field by mentoring for Condor Technologies, assisting in the development of their state-of-the-art intraoral scanner. His expertise extends beyond general dentistry through his fellowship with the International Academy of Laser Dentistry and LANAP Protocol Certification. These qualifications enable him to provide efficient treatment for periodontal disease by delivering unprecedented results. On top of that, he uses his specialist training with AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine) to assist patients with obstructive sleep apnea and cardiovascular disease using Mandibular Advancement Devices. Giving importance to continuous learning, Dr. Bracho has undertaken additional coursework including training in Invisalign and Propel accelerated orthodontics. Meanwhile, a certification in sedation dentistry was granted to him after successfully completing a comprehensive program in parenteral conscious sedation at the St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, in collaboration with the Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences. This makes him adept at performing both oral and IV sedation treatments, bringing comfort to his nervous and fearful patients. As a dedicated practitioner, Dr. Bracho has also studied at the Dawson Academy, specializing in TMJ and occlusion treatments. His comprehensive skill set makes him a reliable and versatile professional in his field.
