Steven Scott Goldberg, MD

Dr. Steven Goldberg is a distinguished Orthopedic Surgeon who holds the position of Chief for the Division of Orthopedic Surgery at Physicians Regional Healthcare System, Naples. Board certified and highly skilled in advanced, minimally invasive treatments, Dr. Goldberg completed his prestigious fellowship in Shoulder Surgery and Sports Medicine at Columbia University, New York City. This fellowship was founded by Dr. Charles Neer, recognized as the "father of modern shoulder surgery," making it the oldest and most prestigious of its kind. Before relocating to Naples in 2005 to practice at the Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Goldberg published several research papers, including leading work in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. He has also made significant contributions as the team doctor for Senior PGA golf tournaments in Naples treating professional golfers at the tournament.
