Everything we produce here is crafted from scratch, each creation infused with affection. Our owner, Paola Laccetti, left her home in Italy to settle in Naples, Florida back in July 2012. With her, she carried a vision – a vision that came to be known as Trattoria Abruzzo. Inspired by the teachings of her mother and grandmother, Paola believes that food is an art best experienced when it’s made with genuine care and heart. Every day, our pastas are handcrafted and our sauces simmered with patience, the process slow and measured to bring out the best flavors. Each dish is customized to the preference of the customer, ensuring that we remain true to the art of hospitality. We prioritize freshness and quality when selecting our ingredients, never compromising on the standard of our offerings. Paola, a mother to three growing children, endeavors to instill in them a similar philosophy of love that guides her actions at Trattoria Abruzzo. It is this love and commitment to her craft that has transformed Trattoria Abruzzo from a mere business into a home. A home for its employees, who have become family, and for all our customers, who are welcomed with open arms.
